If we have confirmed that the item is available and you have made payment but due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to make the item for you, you may request for a refund or exchange of item. Refunds can be made either by bank transfer or direct to your Paypal account, if you have one. Exchange of item is subject to the same terms below.
If the items ordered are not the correct items you ordered or are damaged upon delivery, you may request for an exchange subject to the following:
- Each item can only be exchanged once
- No cash refunds are allowed (for incorrect or damaged items).
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state by mail.
- State clearly your name, address, order ID number & telephone number in the package.
- We will try to replace the item with the same item you ordered. If the item is unavailable, it can be exchanged for a different item that is of lower or equal value. If the value of the exchanged item exceeds that of the returned item, you are required to top up the difference in price.
- No refund will be given if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item purchased.
- You will bear the shipping cost for the exchange of item.
- No exchange available for damaged items shipped overseas (i.e. not in Singapore). A partial refund will be granted with proof that item has been damaged (e.g. taking a photo of the damaged item and a copy of the original invoice).
