Product availability
- Items labeled as ‘pre-order’ means the item has been sold but you may pre-order subject to availability of materials. Please follow the check out procedure stated under ‘how to order’ and we will confirm whether the item can be re-made specially for you!
- For ‘pre-order’ items, please allow about 1-2 weeks for the items to be made. Thank you for your patience!
- Items labeled as ‘sold out’ are unfortunately, sold out. So order early to avoid disappointment!

Shopping Cart
How to use the shopping cart:
- Click on the ‘buy now’ button on either the main page or product detail page.
- If you wish to go back to the main page to continue shopping, please click on ‘continue shopping’. After adding all the items you wish to purchase, proceed to complete the following:
- Key in your voucher code if you have one and click ‘submit’
- Select your shipping method.
- Select your payment method.
- Please check that your shipping address is correct. Otherwise, please amend it.
- Let us know if you have any other requests.
- Please confirm that you and read and agree to our terms and conditions.
- Once you have completed the checkout process, click ‘checkout now’.
- You will receive an email regarding your order. Please wait for a confirmation email from us to confirm the availability of your order together with payment details.

Discount voucher
After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, enter the discount voucher code at the shopping cart page and click ‘submit’.
If you receive a message that the voucher is invalid or has expired but you believe that it should not be, please chat with us or email us at ask@littlebeadstore.com.

Delivery / shipping methods
- We ship internationally. For our shipping rates, please click here. Normal local (Singapore) postage is FREE so you need not worry about additional costs!
- Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a second e-mail to notify you about the shipment details.
- Please allow 2 ~ 5 working days for Singapore postal delivery. Overseas air mail delivery takes 1 ~ 2 weeks.
- Please note that we will not be responsible for any items lost in the mail once delivered.

However, we recommend that you create an account so that you can track your orders and calculate the actual price of your order after the relevant discount and shipping and payment prices, if applicable. Materials used
The items are made of solid metal. However, if you wish, for the earrings with ear hooks, we can change them to 925 Silver at your request for an additional $2.00 per pair.
