We accept bank transfer, Paypal and Debit / Credit cards.
- Payment needs to be made prior to sending out the orders. We assure you that we will send out the items after receiving payment. However, sometimes there may be a delay in the confirmation / delivery of items as we may be in the process of obtaining the materials to specially make the item for you. Please be patient and we will put in our best effort to make sure you receive them satisfactorily.
- All payments have to be made within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation email. If payment is not made, the item will be unreserved and sold to the next party.
- Please DO NOT make payment until you receive the confirmation email. This is to ensure that the items you have ordered are available. Of course, sometimes we may have confirmed your order but it may not be ultimately available due to lack of materials. We allow refunds or exchange of items in such a situation. Please refer to our refund and exchange policies for details.
- We accept local bank (DBS/POSB/OUB) fund transfer, credit / debit cards via Paypal and direct transfer from your Paypal account.
- Direct bank fund transfer can be done through ATMs or internet banking to our DBS (POSB) / OUB Account.
- We will email you our DBS / OUB Account No. together with the confirmation email.
- If you prefer to pay with your credit / debit card, please register an account with Paypal. Thereafter, you can proceed to make payment via Paypal when we email you. As this payment process is done with Paypal, we do not store any of your credit / debit card information. We also cannot be held responsible for any fault / error in the payment process. Please note that an additional 8.4% will be charged for using Paypal.
- Please send us a reply email stating the following once you have made payment:
- Your order ID
- Name
- Method of payment
- Total amount paid
- Please DO NOT send cash or cheque by post. We cannot be held responsible for any lost mail
